Shipping

All orders shipping to the US ship via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is $5.00 per order, and orders will generally ship the same day or the next business day.

Orders shipping to Canada ship via FedEx International Economy. Shipping to Canada is $35.00 per order, and orders will also ship the same day or the next business day.

All orders ship from Winters, California. Delivery times vary, with orders shipping to the West Coast generally arriving in 1-2 days, and orders shipping to the East Coast arriving in 5-6 days.

Returns/Refunds

All orders can be returned for any reason for a full refund, within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and will receive their refund once the returned goods arrive in our warehouse. Contact us at orders@ivvdesigns.com for shipping instructions and more information. Any items that are damaged or defective may be also be returned for a full refund, including return shipping costs. If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at orders@ivvdesigns.com and we will send you a call tag to return the item.
